English, from the Latin Christiana which will be the form found in older documents. Derivation possibly via Christian, with which Christina is cognate.

Note that many old documents and some later ones replaced the first five letters with X-, the symbol for "Christ", giving Xtina for Christina, appropriately modified for Latin case endings.
