'(This) name is in fact "incomplete" because it misses a prefix or a suffix, which Yoruba names normally have. "tun ji" means something along the lines of "has returned" or "come again". (Thus) the name Olatunji means something along the lines of "wealth/prosperity come again". (Similarly) the name Adetunji can be translated as "the return of the crown".' |
