Note: Whyte gives Mànus as both the Irish and the Scottish Gaelic form of Magnus [q.v.]. However ONC gives Mànas as the Scottish Gaelic form and Maghnus as the Irish Gaelic form, the latter Anglicized as Manus (unaccented!).
