Sadiebee would appear to be a derivation of Sadie, possibly with the addition of -bee to differentiate, possibly, a descendant. The name seems to be confined to the US but there may be an immigrant source which we have been unable to find. The word also occurs on several Japanese websites but its relevance there is unknown to us.
